 Consulting Services, Inc. (C.S.I.) provides inovative services to help your company meet and exceed Federal Regulations, as well as offering technical support in formulation and processing of drug and dietary supplement products.  Our focus is on GMP's in both industries.

What We Do

Consulting Services, Inc. (C.S.I.) is the only consulting service that offers the GMP Compliance Program.  This program includes your entire "process control system" required by the FDA's GMPs.  We actually provide your company with procedures, forms, template, and training, all integrated to fit within a complete system.  C.S.I. offers full plant GMP audits along with comprehensive reports and suggestions on improving facilities to meet compliance with GMP regulations.  Beyond that, the company reviews GMP infractions with its associates, develops a Strategic Compliance Plan and helps our customers to initiate the plan within their company.  Strategic Compliance Plans may include the development of Standard Operating Procedures, Regulatory Compliant Forms, Quality Manuals, and Organizational Plans.  Consulting Services, Inc. will continue to work with your company throughout the execution of the Strategic Compliance Plan to its completion, creating an on-site relationship with you and your staff.  Check our "Services" page for more details.

History

Consulting Serives, Inc. (C.S.I.) was founded in March 2012, but our expertise did not start there.  Gary Callahan started his career some 40 years ago in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.  He learned first hand the inner workings of manufacturing solid dosage form product.  He utilized his knowledge of the regulations in all of his positions throughout his career.  In 1992, Mr. Callahan founded InterTech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and obtained a drug license the following year.  Mr. Callahan uses his experience to improve regulatory compliance for all of his clients.  With a combined force of associates representing over 150 years of experience, PCS stands to be the new standard in consulting for the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing industry.
